Enterprise Account Manager

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing existing client base and develop new accounts. A successful Enterprise Account Manager maintains account relationships and engages in a consultative sales process by understanding client needs, matching those needs with the suitable solutions to grow account revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong professional working relationships with clients, including key IT and decision-makers
  • Demonstrates breadth and depth of knowledge in A-Speed’s suite of solutions and services to meet clients’ business and IT priorities
  • Advocates clients’ needs during sales cycle and addresses delivery issues
  • Manage end-to-end sales process by preparing sales quotes/proposals/agreements, negotiate offers and process sales orders

Desktop Support Engineer

The Desktop Support Engineer is expected to handle all assigned support service requests and involved in daily technical support activities. The candidate should have the ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Level 1 & 2 end-user support on setup, installation, configuration, migration, applications and related peripherals via phone, remote or on-site visit
  • Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests via A-Speed in-house Ticketing System
  • Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and solutions; ensures relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly remote/onsite diagnostics procedures at clients’ premises
  • Travel island-wide is required for clients’ visits

Requirements:

  • Candidates with minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant discipline

The System Engineer must be well equipped with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The candidate will be in charge of deploying, maintaining and documenting both client IT infrastructure and also be involved in various SI Projects.

Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive is a key role in supporting the Sales Team by managing and communicating relevant information.  The candidate will need to ensure the adequacy of sales-related materials and assist timely responses to clients’ enquires on day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and co-ordination duties to Sales Team (sales quotations/orders, liaise with internal operations for delivery, client’s enquiries etc)
  • Monitor and follow up for renewals potential (both hardware and software licenses)

Desktop Deployment Engineer

The Desktop Deployment Engineer will be responsible for building, maintaining and troubleshooting corporate computing devices / services at users’ environment on various projects and IT operations tasks.
